New European Ensemble 10th Birthday Party

In 2019, the New European Ensemble, founded in The Hague, will be 10 years old. The ensemble now performs all over the world and collaborates with some of the leading composers of today. The 10th anniversary will be celebrated with a concert and after party in Korzo Theater. As is often the case with programs from the ensemble, adventurous new work is combined with a 20th-century classic, in this case the Serenade Op. 24 by Arnold Schönberg with which the ensemble had its first performance. In addition, new work by four composition students from the Royal Conservatoire will be played. The ensemble has been working with young composers since the foundation to develop new music. After the concert there is an after party with snacks and drinks.
